The State Personnel Board will meet in open session. During this meeting, the Personnel Board may consider any of the following matters:

• minutes of the last-held meeting;

• classification and pay issues;

• special pay issues;

• overtime payments;

• special merit raises;

• personal services contracts;

• appeals and hearing officer recommendations;

• other issues of interest to the Personnel Board.

An Executive Session may be held to consider the discipline or dismissal of a public employee and to deliberate and discuss evidence or testimony presented during a public or contested case hearing, and to discuss the general reputation and character of that individual, in accordance with Sections VII (1), (2) & (9) of the Open Meetings Act.
