Temporary Testing in Downtown Montgomery

We are temporarily accepting reservations for all written examinations administered by State Personnel.

We will be taking reservations for the test period of Friday, July 22nd, 2022.

Reservations will be accepted until Wednesday July 13th, 2022 or until we have met our maximum seating capacity.

 

All tests will be given at our testing center location at 60 Commerce Street, downtown Montgomery.

The Court of Criminal Appeals is an Executive Assistant I/II

The Court of Criminal Appeals is currently accepting applications from qualified individuals to serve as an executive assistant I/II in the office of the Clerk of the Court. Applications for this position will be accepted until July 8, 2022.

The Alabama Governor’s Office of Volunteer Services is seeking an Outreach & Training Coordinator

The State of Alabama in the Governor’s Office of Volunteer Services is seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and creative self-starter with good time management skills who works well in a team environment.

Must be solutions-oriented, have excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills, and proficiency with Office 365 applications. Social media management experience is highly desired. This position is responsible for providing training and technical assistance to Alabama’s AmeriCorps programs, managing statewide training events, special events and leading outreach efforts to increase awareness of national service.

The State of Alabama in the Governor’s Office of Volunteer Services is seeking a highly self-motivated, resourceful, and organized self-starter who works well in a team environment.

Must be solutions-oriented, have excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills, proficient with Office 365 applications, and enjoy the challenges of a growing and evolving service-oriented organization and working with various organizations, including faith-based and grassroots community organizations. This position is responsible for providing training and technical assistance, compliance monitoring, and reporting for a portfolio of AmeriCorps programs and other National Service subgrantees and constituents.
